What is Zinc ?
Zinc is a mineral that can be found in various foods such as oysters, lobster and red meats. The concentration of zinc in plants varies based on levels of the element in soil but it can be found in wheat (germ and bran). is also found in beans, nuts, almonds, whole grains, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and blackcurrant
Zinc is one element that is essential for healthy skin. In addition to wound healing, acts as an astringent and may help in the treatment of acne. It is rebalancing, anti-seborrheic and anti-microbial.
